How to set icons to drives on computer

If you see the above drives the icons which we got with the OS by default are quite boring. So now lets see a trick to change the icons of the drives.

Step 1 : choose good icons for you drives.

Note : Only .ICO extension images will work

Step 2 : copy icon in to the drive in which you want to make changes.

Sample icon

Step 3 : Open Notepad

Step 4 : copy the following code

[Autorun]
ICON=icon-name.ico

Step 3: Now save the file [saveas icon-name.ico]

NOTE : Don't forget to save the file with the extension DOT ICO (.ico)

save the notepad file in the same drive where you copied the icon.
